The built-in UV dye helps in the rapid detection of refrigerant leaks. Once introduced into the air conditioning system, the dye travels with the oil and refrigerant. In the event of a leak, the dye seeps out and accumulates at the leak site. Using a UV lamp, technicians can easily observe the fluorescent traces, enabling quick and accurate leak detection.
