Tru-Cool Max. Dual transmission cooling. Maximum protection for your vehicle.
TRU-COOL MAX Transmission Oil Cooler
One of the advantages of a transmission cooler is:
- 40,000 units, larger than the dealership's transmission cooler.
Suitable and compatible with 8-cylinder four-wheel drive vehicles (Yukon, Tahoe, Sierra, Silverado, Ford, Toyota, Nissan) and some other vehicles.
- It works to significantly reduce the temperature of the transmission, even in times of extreme heat, as well as when off-roading, rough roads, obstacles, resistance, and high speeds. It is essential for those who carry heavy loads.
- It prolongs the life of the transmission and maintains its performance.
- Noticeable comfort in gear shifting and improved shifting speed.
It includes:
Oil cooler
Khartoum
Equipment and tools
Two types of mounting hardware
Steel construction
Easy installation instructions (no special tools required)
**Note on the fixer**
Using a spare key on fixed installations is absolutely essential for the correct installation of this cooler.
Leaks resulting from "twisting" the radiator fittings will be an unreliable factor.
The torque converter in an automatic transmission generates heat as it distributes torque as needed. Transmission oil absorbs this heat and is extracted through the cooling system. The oil is pumped from the oil pan to the torque converter, then to the hydraulic control unit in the gearbox, and finally to an in-tank cooler located in the radiator outlet reservoir or to a cooler located further away. In either case, heat is transferred from the oil to the coolant coming from the engine cooling system. Typically, more cooling is required, and the oil is further cooled by air drawn by a fan through the oil cooler to the auxiliary air (OTA) in a circuit with the oil-to-water (OTW) cooler. The oil then flows to the gearbox and lubricates the gears and clutches, absorbing more heat generated by friction, before returning to the oil pan.
