Our approved shipping companies (SMSA - Aramex - Anywhere - Saudi Post - DHL - Instant delivery to Al-Ahsa areas)

Shipping costs and delivery times:

Redbox Shipping Company:

Shipping and delivery time: 1 to 5 business days.

Shipping cost: 20 riyals

SMSA Shipping Company:

Shipping and delivery time: 1 to 5 business days.

Shipping cost: 29 riyals

Aramex Shipping Company:

Shipping and delivery time: 1 to 5 business days

Shipping cost 29 riyals

Any shipping location:

Deposit time: 1 to 4 business days

Shipping cost 29 riyals

Shipping tracking:

You will receive an order status update once your order has shipped. You can track your order's progress as it travels to your destination.

Receipt and responsibility:

The customer must check the order upon receipt and report any shipping shortages within 48 hours of receipt.

We are not responsible for the goods after they have been handed over to the shipping companies.

We are not responsible for any losses or delays in the delivery of the shipment if it has been received by the shipping company.

Recharge:

If you are not satisfied with your product or it has a defect - unrelated to how it was shipped or delivered - you are allowed to return the product and receive a refund in accordance with our product return policy.
